Impact of PGRS Priming on Germination and Seedling Parameters of Pea And Plantago under Artificial Magnetism

Seed priming is widely recognized as a significant phenomenon for synchronizing germination and enhancing the vigor of seeds. Seeking importance priming, influence magnetic treatments in overall performance plants cannot be undermined well. In present study, seeds Pisum sativum L. Plantago ovata Forssk. were primed with essential Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) such as; Gibberellic acid (GA3), Potassium nitrate (KNO3), Salicylic (SA), Ascorbic (AsA), Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) combination different artificial treatment (North, South N/S) to document morpho-physiological attributes. A lab experiment was conducted under Complete Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted 6 seed along control (no-priming) each three replications. Seeds water (H2O) PGRs 12 hours final harvest seedlings obtained analysis after 20 days germination. Results portrayed statistically (p < 0.05) data by increasing morphological characteristics (root/shoot length, number leaves, root/shoot fresh weight dry weight). Similarly, photosynthetic pigments i.e., chl carotenoids recorded variations magnetism except b showed non-significant > variations. concluded that hydro pre-soaking are highly recommended maximize early germination, pea plantago magnetism.
